What this step does

BOM assembles a component-level bill of materials drawn from the actual parts of your model: materials, finishes, and (where Mechanism ran) electronic lines, each with a cost. It turns the concept into something you can price and source.

What you do here

  1. 1Review every line: part, material, quantity, and cost.
  2. 2Check the rolled-up total against your target from Context.
  3. 3Revisit Materials or Function if the cost is off, then regenerate.
